About me

Certified Advanced Rolfer Luc Lippuner im Garten.jpg

Luc's personal experience with Rolfing

After years of back pain and countless attempts at therapy, I became aware of Rolfing by chance in 2008. During the first treatment, I was amazed that the Rolfer not only addressed my problem areas, but also worked on the entire body. He advised me that my symptoms were related to my posture and that local treatment would not provide long-term relief.

The effect was astonishing and permanent. The pain gradually faded away, I felt lighter and more energetic than before. How was this possible? What exactly had happened? I wanted to learn more about this treatment and pass my experiences on to others.

Luc's education and background

I trained as a Certified Advanced Rolfer® in the US and Brazil. The fascination grew into a passion, and so I decided to dedicate my professional future (almost) entirely to Rolfing. What is more exciting than helping other people feel comfortable in their own bodies? Today I practice in Zurich and Murg SG on the picturesque Walensee. I speak fluent German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian.

Before moving into the healthcare sector, I studied corporate communications at the University of Lugano and worked as a communications consultant for companies in the medical technology, energy and digitalization sectors for around fifteen years. Today, in addition to my Rolfing practice, I run a small travel agency that specializes in tiger and other big cat safaris in India and Nepal and thus live my passion for tigers and other big cats: www.bigcatsofindia.com
